Frozegnon Blanc Slush

Adapted from recipe by Strongbow Hard Apple Ciders

Makes 8 Servings


Ingredients: 1 bottle (750 ml) Sauvignon Blanc 1 bottle (12 oz.) Strongbow Cider 2 cups pineapple juice 6 cups frozen pineapple chunks


Directions: Pour one third wine, cider, pineapple juice and pineapple chunks in blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into large pitcher or pitchers. Repeat two more times with remaining ingredients blending until smooth. Garnish glasses with mint.
