This recipe makes 2 mojitos

20 mint leaves 1 limes, cut into 8 wedges 2 tablespoons cane sugar 2 cups ice cubes 3 fluid ounces vodka 1 cup club soda or sparkling water

Place 10 mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass for each drink. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar to each glass and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the vodka over the ice (1-1/2 ounces per glass), and fill the glass with club soda or sparkling water. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.
