Chocolate Sheet Cake

In a large bowl, mix:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
In a boiler, mix: 1 stick butter
1/2 cup cooking oil 4 T. cocoa
1 cup water
Bring to a boil. Pour over flour & sugar; mix well.
Combine 1/2 cup milk and 1-1/2 tsp. vinegar to make buttermilk.
Add buttermilk and
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix well. Pour into 9x13" sheet pan. Bake at 400 degrees for approx. 25 minutes.
(If using a glass pan, bake at 375 for 35 min.) Use a toothpick to test.
Frosting:
In a mixing bowl:
3 cups powdered sugar
In the boiler:
1 stick butter
4 T. cocoa
6 T. milk
Bring to a boil.
Pour over sugar and add:
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Mix well. Pour icing over warm cake.
