Did you know that one of the MOST TOXIC items in many households is DRYER SHEETS??? This is tough news because we all enjoy the softness and fragrance that dryer sheets give to our laundry! Unfortunately FRAGRANCE is one of the most toxic ingredients in household cleaners, detergents, and personal care products - unless it is naturally-derived.
The EIGHT most commonly found chemicals found in dryer sheets are Alpha-Terpineol, Benzyl Alcohol, Camphor, Chloroform (??!!), Ethyl Acetate, Linalool, Pentane, and FRAGRANCE.
What are the common side effects here??? + central nervous system disorders + loss of muscular coordination + central nervous system depression + nausea, vomiting, dizziness + twitching muscles and convulsions + headaches and narcosis (stupor). + ataxic gait (loss of muscular coordination)

They cause liver damage and cancer in mammals.” So what can you use instead? It's almost so simple it's silly...
Wool dryer balls + any of your favorite essential oils (e.g., Lavender or Purification or Citrus Fresh)! You can also add 1/4 cup of plain white vinegar to your rinse cycle to further soften clothes w/ out the chemicals.
These simple, safe solutions are ALSO inexpensive ( some essential oils are pricey, but are highly concentrated and extremely valuable and useful)! Wool dryer balls can be found online and in stores for a very low price. Make this simple change and show yourself and your laundry some LOVE!
