Orange Glazed Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

3-1/2 cups flour 1-2/3 cups sugar 2 tsp. each: baking soda & pumpkin pie spice 3/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce 1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin 3/4 cup chopped pecans 2/3 cup canola oil 4 eggs


In large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking powder.

In a second bowl, stir together remaining ingredients until well moistened, then add dry ingredients and stir until well blended. Pour batter into two large loaf pans or three smaller loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 min., then remove to cooling racks. Completely cool bread, then drizzle glaze over top and sides.


GLAZE: In small bowl, with fork, mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup undiluted orange juice concentrate and 1/8 tsp. ground allspice until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bread. Makes 1/2 cup glaze.
