Cucumber Cream

"More a relish than a proper sauce, this is lovely and fresh-tasting with fish."


1 cucumber 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons vinegar Salt to taste

Pare and finely chop the cucumber. Pat dry excess liquid, put in a bowl, and stir in the sour cream, vinegar, and salt.
