In food processor, combine & chop well:
1/4 small to medium red onion 2 medium tomatoes 1-1/2 serrano peppers (remove seeds for milder version) Approx. 1/3 c. cilantro Juice of 1 lime 5 Sunburst (yellow cocktail) tomatoes 1 garlic clove
Pour into bowl & add: Sea salt Coarsely chopped tomatoes: 1/4 vine-ripened tomato 4 Sunburst tomatoes, quartered
