2 cans (12 oz. each) tuna in water, drained 3 avocados, peeled & chopped 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped 1 medium tomato, chopped & seeded Fresh basil, chopped (4-5 leaves) 1/2 cup mayo 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 teaspoons vinegar Salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients with a fork, chill and serve with crackers.
